Description
Pick up and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or to other business concerns, traveling by foot, bicycle, motorcycle, automobile, or public conveyance.
Experience
No previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these occupations. For example, a person can become a general office clerk even if he/she has never worked in an office before.
Education
These occupations may require a high school diploma or GED certificate. Some may require a formal training course to obtain a license.
Training

Tasks
- Walks, rides bicycle, drives vehicle, or uses public conveyance to reach destination to deliver message or materials in person.

- Obtains signature, receipt, or payment from recipient for articles delivered.
