Campus location: in or near a major city (pop. 300,000 or more)
The main campus is located in Oakland, CA, adjacent to Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. There are additional campuses in San Francisco, San Mateo and Sacramento (nursing only). The campuses in the Bay Area are served by San Jose, San Francisco or Oakland airports. The Sacramento campus is best served by the Sacramento airport. BART provides public transportation to either the Oakland or San Francisco campus.
