CAMPUS SUMMARY
Mt. San Jacinto Community College District covers 1700 square miles in central and southwestern Riverside County, one of California's fastest-growing and most dynamic regions. Named for the majestic 10,000-foot peak that dominates the area's skyline, the MSJC district stretches 45 miles from east to west to include the communities of Banning, Beaumont, Idyllwild, San Jacinto, Hemet, Perris, Sun City, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, Aguanga, and Anza. District geography is diverse, ranging from desert and valley grasslands to pine-forested mountains. There are two large campuses to serve the educational needs of the students -- one in San Jacinto and the other in Menifee. Additional educational opportunities are provided in Temecula, Murietta, Beaumont, and at various high school sites throughout the district.
