Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in rural South Georgia, is a residential, open-access institution within the University System of Georgia (USG). Fall 2007 saw a record enrollment of 3665 students from 12 states, nine countries, and 154 Georgia counties. Celebrating its 100th birthday in 2008,
ABAC offers students the opportunity to participate in intercollegiate athletics (baseball, tennis, golf, soccer, softball and rodeo) music groups, intramural sports, and a number of student clubs and organizations.
