UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS
SUNY Morrisville has undertaken an academic initiative of integrating computers into the teaching and learning environment in a way that allows students access to technology from anyplace, at anytime. In a partnership with IBM, SUNY Morrisville has become a Thinkpad Campus, supplying students with notebook (mobile) computers. Classrooms, labs, common areas, lounges, and laptop cafes are wired for online access, and the laptop computer is becoming the focal point for teaching, learning, student research and communication.
