| UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS |
 |
At PBA, you'll meet friends whose values and beliefs are similar to yours and establish friendships that will last a lifetime. You'll also build friendships with fellow students whose diverse perspectives will challenge you as you develop lifelong values.
Choose from a wide variety of extracurricular activities - intercollegiate or intramural athletics; academically, professionally or religiously oriented clubs; student government, newspaper or yearbook; music or drama productions. Despite its urban location, the PBA campus is a safe place to be, night or day. Residence halls are locked; only students and their invited guests may enter. PBA's hand-picked Safety & Security personnel patrol the campus around the clock and are available to walk students to and from parking lots, classrooms or residence halls at night, if requested.
PBA provides a variety of opportunities for students to grow and mature in their faith, both inside the classroom, under the guidance of top-notch, seminary-educated professors, and outside, with a range of activities, from solemn to exhilarating.
If your beliefs lead you to do something to make a difference in your world, PBA's Workship program can show you how. Workship links work to worship and service to learning by requiring students to spend at least 45 hours each year in community service, either individually or in group projects. It is designed to instill the value of service and the importance of a Christian's responsibility to help others; it also helps students develop leadership and problem-solving skills. |
