CAMPUS SUMMARY
For almost a century, St. Vincent's College has enjoyed a rich tradition of academic excellence in preparing individuals for health care careers. The College derives its mission from the historic commitment of the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul to care for the sick, poor and to educate others for the health care ministry. Located in the eastern Fairfield County region of the State, it is easily accessible from I-95, Route 8 and the Merit Parkway. The College is located adjacent to St. Vincent's Medical Center, which provides a wealth of clinical experiences for the students. A major renovation and expansion of the physical plant was completed in 1997 to provide new classrooms, science laboratories, and other student-centered amenities to support program expansion and the learning resources necessary to those pursuing careers in the allied health sciences.
