| CAMPUS SUMMARY |
 |
The school offers a variety of Associate Degree and certificate programs with an emphasis on practical career training.
Over 90% of the largest law firms in the Delaware Valley have hired paralegal graduates from the school, and the accounting program has a near perfect record of graduate employment.
For individuals who already possess their college degree, PJA has a streamlined 600-hour Paralegal Certificate program designed to provide a time-effective route into a paralegal career.
Candidates without a college background can earn their specialized Associate Degree in PJA's exclusive 1500-hour curriculum. And unlike degree training at traditional colleges, 80% of the coursework is in the student's major. |

| UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS |
 |
PJA training is practical, with students learning by doing the practical skills they'll perform on the job -- legal research, investigation, interviewing, and document drafting. All courses are taught by attorneys and computer professionals. Students who opt for finance courses are taught by CPA's.
As one of the first schools to develop a paralegal training program, in 1981, PJA has forged strong inroads with the area legal community. Its internship program has included sponsors such as the District Attorney, Public Defender, and City Solicitor's Office, as well as a number of private law firms.
Classes are available both day and evening, and all students learn up-to-date computer skills as part of their curriculum. |
