PLTS sits on the crest of the Berkeley hills overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay, California. Inland we are surrounded by the Tilden Regional Park system creating a retreat-like setting on the edge of a major metropolitan area.

PLTS is an ecumenical graduate school rooted in the Lutheran tradition. PLTS trains religious leaders of various religious communities to serve in diverse religious and multicultural contexts within the United States and the world.
