| CAMPUS SUMMARY |
 |
Mary Baldwin College has been educating women for over 159 years. That's a lot of experience, and it's given us some definite opinions. We believe that . . .
. . . every human has unlimited potential. A strong liberal arts education is the best way to bring it out. Liberal arts is about living a good life, not just getting a good job.
. . . a college, especially a women's college, should measure excellence one person at a time, by the quality of the students we graduate.
. . . a student body needs to look like America. We celebrate our diverse student body.
. . . nothing worthwhile is easy. To succeed here, you'll have to work hard. We'll help, but we won't hand it to you. When you graduate, you'll know you've accomplished something, and, like so many other Mary Baldwin alumnae/i, you'll be prepared to make your mark on whatever occupation you choose. |
