Pfeiffer University is located in the Piedmont area of North Carolina in the community of Misenheimer. It is on U.S. Highway 52, one mile north of its intersection with NC Highway 49. The Misenheimer campus is located about 36 miles from Charlotte. Also located in Charlotte is the Pfeiffer University Graduate School.
The 340-acre campus in Misenheimer offers a scenic place to live and learn. The new Knapp Fitness and Wellness Center offers students and faculty a place for fellowship and exercise. The campus offers a very scenic and peaceful location, campus lake, hiking trails, and many other facilities that add to the attractiveness of the campus.
